whoa hey another thing about feedback :o

So i like some stuff and dislike other stuff, and i know you probably spent a whole lot of time setting up the new medic system, but i do have some feedback on it.

1.the bleeding thing is good, i would just decrease the chance of bleeding.

2. the whole system with reviving players is one: complicated and two: extremely buggy. (i believe that the whole blood bag portion should be removed, and players should just gain health just by being put on the bed in the med bay)

3. maybe decrease the re spawn time. this would help with being RDMed.

Heya, I just relooked at some of the medical stuff:

1). Can't decrease the chance of bleeding

2). I can't remove the blood bag part

3). I'll look into the respawn time
