1. I would recommend making this more organised next time.
2. somehow bring in the context of the question, so we don't have to compare it to the original.
3. give more detail about how you would benefit the server.
4. for the last question, actually answer it. fit in something about your character and what kind of person you are.

Honestly i don't think most of the admins here would take the time to read this just because of how unorganized it is.

I recommend you rewrite this so admins might actually take the time to read it.
