"Re-Done" DEA Code of Conduct/Bill of Rights

Please refer to this handbook if and when you have an issue with a Dystopian Enrichment Administration official.



Code of Conduct:

1. DEA Officials, Associations, and Representatives do not associate nor comply with any Government or Civil Protection Official, Officer, or Representatives.

2. The DEA does not recognize your rights till proven recognizable.

3. The DEA imposes the Civilian ranking upon everyone until proven recognizable.

4. Quarrels with the DEA will be made directly to the Chief of Staff.

5.The DEA is not above any Law Enforcement, we simply choose not to recognize it, nor stand by it.

6. Any false DEA caught will be held a public execution directed by the Chief of Staff.

7. Falsely accusing a DEA Official will result in punishment set by the top Officials.

8. What is right in the eyes of the DEA may not agree with you. Your rights simply will be taken away, and not recognized.

9. Criminal acts still apply. No DEA Official is pardoned from criminal acts.

10. DEA Officials are not responsible for damages due to Containment Fences©

11. Talk, Propaganda, or otherwise communicated idea of any other governmental system than Capitalism or Democracy will result in low-level punishment.

12. DEA Officials reserve the right to limit pedestrian traffic, and toll a fee.

13. DEA Science Officers reserve the right to research their chosen scientific method, regardless of the manifestation of such method.

14. In order for complete Dystopian Enrichment, the DEA reserve the right to search and warrant any and all private and public property with a valid reason.

Rank: Unrecognized
1. You have no rights.


Rank: Civilian
1. You have the right to stand under any super imposed situation a top ranking DEA Official provides.

2. You have no choice in set punishment if caught in a criminal act.

3. You may not speak, gesture, flaunt, or communicate with any DEA Official unless spoken/told to.

4. You have no further rights, other than your human unalienable rights.


Rank: General Service 1-4 | Enlisted
1. You have the right to stand under any super imposed situation a top ranking DEA Official provides.

2.You have a choice in lesser punishment if caught in a criminal act.

3. You may speak to any DEA Official without the right to speak your opinion.

4. You have no further rights, other than your human unalienable rights.


Rank: General Service 5-7 | Non-Commisioned Officer/Staff

1. You are Official Non-Commisioned DEA Staff.

2. You the right to work/defend DEA HeadQuarters, as well as bunk there.

3. You may express your opinion freely.

4. Your human unalienable rights.

Rank: General Service 8-11 | Company Grade Officer

1. You have say in DEA decisions and actions.

2. You may not participate in DEA Raids or Offensive actions.

3. Your human unalienable rights.

Rank: General Service 12-15 | Field Grade Officer

1. You have the right to participate in Field Operations.

2. You will be included in DEA raids and offensive actions.

3. Your human unalienable rights.

Rank: Senior Executive Service 1-3 | General Officer

1. The top ranking Officials of the DEA.

2. Punishment is decided by you.

3. Laws in the eyes of the DEA are decided by you.

4. The eyes of the DEA are you.


Rank: Hunted
1. You have no rights. Your human unalienable rights have been taken away.

2. You will be actively hunted by the DEA.

I as the DEA Procurer of War would like to warn all organization out in the world that we shall not tolerate resistance to our methods of enforcement nor accept that anyone has the right to toy with us. As a result any one who attack the DEA shall be put on the hunted list and if they are found to be a part of a larger organization and are acting on behalf of them, we the DEA shall immediately issue a deceleration of war upon them. I never fully understood the "DEA" like is it an Admin Group is it a soon to come class group on DarkRP or what? xD

It is not a admin group. Though you wont get in if I dont know you. Its not a class, rather a set of individuals getting together under a Code of Conduct to RP.
