6. Why you deserve a promotion: I'm on a lot "Except for this week because of finals" I've made a lot of friends on this server, and I don't abuse. I understand players and love helping them.
7. What changes would you like to be seen on the server, from a Staff Member's point of view?: I'd like to see an auto ban for prop killing "If that's possible" For example, If the console says someone prop killed 3 people within 2 hours, they will get banned for 2 days. I also would also like for the hitman's price not to exceed 50k. If I think of more, i'll add it.

Repeated/previous use of hacks, specifically wall hacks and major abuse of aimbot. Yes we've confirmed it.
Doesn't RP very much, either hardcore bases and shuts himself inside or goes around causing mischief. I don't really see a reason to promote him to a position with higher responsibility.
