Mod recommendations for GTA IV?

I feel the need to run around Liberty City again, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any ridiculous mods for it to make the game more fun (more like less boring after how much I've played it)?

omg dude, You bring me back soooo many memory :'). I remember back in the middle schools days before my best friend has moved to Michigan, we would always play that game and mess around sooooooo much. We would always hit up the airlines and grab helicopters and go on a rapepage.

I know, it's so good! I must have like 200+ hours in it in total, but going round causing chaos never really gets old in that game.
