New Forum Icons

Alright, I'm getting annoyed by these forum icons. Like, look to the bottom of a forum (Like, look at bottom in Random Discussion, etc) there you will find icons representing Locked Topics, Popular Topics, etc. However, some of these are sort of crappy to be blunt. Anyone a good artist that can make us better icons or just a good picture finder and can find us the icons? Not sure about the pixel dimensions but it's pretty dang small.

I'm sure we can all agree that some of these icons/representations make no sense at all. Like, how does a > mean popular topic?! WTF
