What can i bring to dark Matter- i can make sure that everyone is following the rules and can stop the rdm fest that happen on the ship quickly

Is there anything that you would like changed/added/removed from Dark Matter RP from a player's perspective?- Shock likes hitting people with the batons a little too muc, so having them ease off would be nice.
