Unban Friend Request

My friend Saltylizard69 was banned for some rdm and he really regrets his dumb decision, he really wants to play with me and our other friends. He says he will follow the rules strictly and if he breaks any rules he will accept the ban with honor.

He's going to have to write his own unban request. Otherwise we can't verify that he himself said those words. Also it's kind of low to make someone else make one for you, shows a lack of responsibility, or perhaps patience if he can't figure out how to make a forums account.
