Here's what I did starting February 1, 2014.

There will be no changelog as this is quite short:

I changed/revamped the shipments/weapons to hopefully fix the problem. Took about 3 hours of straight hardcore typing to reformat and edit it all. (We use virtually every single M9K weapon, so that's how many weapons I have to edit, not including drugs, ammo, and armor)
Changed map to evilmelon, as we all know
Found out and implemented the armor set code. Cops now spawn with little bit of armor, with the higher ranking cops spawning with a lot more. (Will balance in the future)
Made some gun prices patches, nothing big, changed a few prices by like $200 or so.

That is all, all nighter for coding! Woopie. Was supposed to watch anime all night but that flew out the window.
